Senior Veterinary Surgeon, Notting Hill

Harnessing over seven years of experience in small animals, including a skilled background in emergency and critical care, Gia studied Veterinary Medicine at USAMV Cluj-Napoca and is a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.   

Born in Romania and raised in Greece, her career began through a European graduate program, volunteering in Crete to support stray cat populations. Since then, she has developed expertise in advanced diagnostic imaging, particularly echocardiography, and has completed a two-year postgraduate degree in Cardiology. She also has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery.  During her spare time, Gia enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, snowboarding, and travelling. In quieter moments, she practices yoga, attends dance classes, and reads. She lives with her Dachshund, Stormy.
