Puppy & Kitten Starter Pack

Start your kitten or puppy's journey to a happy, healthy life with our starter pack.
What's included
• A full nose-to-tail health check with one of our vets
• Your puppy or kitten's first and second core vaccinations
• Microchip implantation if required
What's not included
• Kennel cough vaccination
• Third (DHP) booster vaccination
• Parasite treatment or prevention products
• Any medication, diagnostics, or treatment for conditions found during the check-up
Terms & conditions
• Available to clients living within 1.5 miles of the clinic
• For healthy puppies and kittens only, subject to a satisfactory health check by the vet
• Covers the first and second core vaccinations only
• The second vaccination must be given within the recommended schedule (usually 4 weeks after the first, as advised by your vet)
• If appointments are missed or delayed and the course can't be completed on schedule, the vaccination course may need to restart at standard cost
• Limited to one free puppy or kitten package per household
• Any additional consultations, treatments, medications, diagnostics, or preventative products are charged separately
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion
Free BOAS Assessment

TPLO Fixed Price Package | £4,250

What's included
• Consultations with your veterinary surgeon and board-certified specialist
• TPLO surgery
• Pre- and post-operative X-rays, taken on the day of surgery
• General anaesthesia
• Intravenous fluids
• Post-operative medications (a course of antibiotics and pain relief)
• Up to 3 days of hospitalisation, if clinically required
• Referral to our in-house physiotherapist
• Two post-operative check-ups
What's not included
• The initial consultation
• Pre-operative diagnostic imaging (including X-rays, CT, or MRI where needed)
• Emergency consultation or out-of-hours fees
• Management of any complications
• Re-examinations with the specialist beyond the two included checks
• Follow-up X-rays taken after you've been discharged
• Any additional medication, diagnostics, or treatment not listed above
Terms & conditions
• The fixed price applies to standard TPLO procedures only, and is subject to your dog being clinically suitable following assessment by our surgical team
• Any additional investigations, treatments, or procedures outside of those listed above will be charged separately
• The fixed price does not include emergency fees, complications, specialist re-examinations, or follow-up X-rays
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount

Free 20-Minute Physiotherapy Session

• A 20-minute assessment and treadmill desensitisation
• A tailored physiotherapy plan for your pet
What's not included
• Home exercise equipment
• Laser therapy, PEMF, or hydrotherapy
• Any follow-up treatment sessions

• Available Monday to Thursday only
• Subject to appointment availability
• Limited to one free assessment per patient
• Suitable for healthy animals only, with no known pre-existing orthopaedic or spinal conditions
• If your pet has a known orthopaedic or spinal condition, they must first be examined by a vet, and a completed referral form with clinical history must be provided before the appointment
• Any recommended follow-up treatment sessions are charged at the standard rate
Free Cat Blood Pressure Check

• A blood pressure check carried out by one of our registered veterinary nurses
Terms & conditions
• This is a nurse appointment only and does not include a consultation with a vet
• Limited to one free check per cat
• No other medical investigation is included
• If any abnormalities are found, a vet consultation and any further investigation or treatment can be arranged and charged at our standard rate; this is entirely optional
