1. The promoter

• The "Who's a Chelsea Dog!" photo competition (the "Competition") is run by Virtue Vets Limited, company number 16031232, registered office 17 Nottingham Street, 2nd Floor East, London W1U 5EW ("Virtue Vets", "we", "us").

2. Who can enter

• The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Virtue Vets, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition cannot enter.

3. How to enter

• Entry is free. No purchase, membership or registration with Virtue Vets is needed.

• To enter, scan the QR code on our Competition materials and complete the online entry form. You will need to give your name, email address, mobile number, postcode and your dog's name and breed, and upload one photo.

• You may submit one entry per dog.

4. Your photo

• Your photo must show your own dog and must have been taken by you, or you must have the photographer's permission to enter it.

• Your photo must not:

  • show your dog, or any animal, in danger, distress or an unsafe situation

  • include anyone who has not agreed to appear in it, or any child who can be identified

  • contain anything offensive, unlawful or defamatory, or promote another business or brand

  • be digitally altered in a way that misleads

• We may disqualify any entry that does not meet these rules.

5. Dates

• The Competition opens on Wednesday 30 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Sunday 4 October 2026.

6. How winners are chosen

• This is a judged competition, not a random draw. After the closing date, a panel of at least three Virtue Vets team members will judge all valid entries by Friday 9 October 2026.

• The panel will judge entries on:

  • how well the photo captures the spirit of Chelsea

  • creativity and originality

  • your dog's personality

• The highest-scoring entry wins first prize, the second highest wins second prize, the third highest wins third prize, and the next five each win a runner-up prize.

7. Prizes

There are eight prizes:

• 1st - 12-month Virtue Vets Luxe Membership for the winner's dog; £1,140

• 2nd - Dolce&Gabbana Fefé dog fragrance; £83

• 3rd - Santa Maria Novella products; £41

• 4th to 8th - 12-month Virtue Vets Basic Membership for the winner's dog (one each); £240 each

• Membership prizes must be activated within 2 months of being told you have won. They cover one dog and cannot be transferred to another pet or person.

• Membership prizes can be used at any Virtue Vets clinic. Winners must register their dog with Virtue Vets to use them.

• There is no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

8. Winners

• We will contact winners by email and phone by Friday 9 October 2026.

• Winners must reply within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not reply, or is not eligible, we may award the prize to the next highest-scoring entry.

• We will announce winners on our website and social channels, using their first name, their dog's name and their winning photo. Winners may ask us not to name them by emailing hello@virtuevets.com.

• Anyone can ask for the names of the winners by emailing hello@virtuevets.com within one month of the closing date.

9. Use of your photo

• By entering, you give Virtue Vets a free, non-exclusive license to use your photo on our website, social media channels, emails and in-clinic displays for up to 24 months after the closing date.

10. Your data

• Virtue Vets is the data controller for the details you give us. We use them to run the Competition, contact you about your entry and, if you win, deliver your prize. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and your rights.

• We will only send you marketing emails or texts if you tick the optional box on the entry form. You do not need to tick it to enter or to win, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
