Led by certified Canine Behaviourist and trauma-informed professional Jess Hyams, you’ll attend 4 weekly in-person sessions at Virtue Vets, Brompton Cross, and 1 online. Grow your pup’s confidence with emotional regulation, health, behaviour, and socialisation skills. Biological Sciences BSc (Hons), Certified Canine Behaviourist and Trauma-Informed Professional

With levels 6 and 7 in behavioural medicine and neuroscience, Jess is committed to ethical, welfare-focused methods that support your pet inside and out. She brings over a decade of experience with bull breeds, during which she rehabilitated dogs from difficult situations in her own home on behalf of various rescues. Aversive tools such as prongs, sprays, electric collars, or weighted jackets are never used in her practice.

Following a holistic approach, Jess ensures emotional safety so each pet can learn effectively. Her methods include investigating the root causes of behavioural issues, such as pain or discomfort, and building functional, reward-based training cues.

How much do the puppy classes cost? £375 for 5 sessions (1 online and 4 in-person at Virtue Vets Brompton Cross). This is a fixed price per puppy.

How many spaces are available? There are only 4 spaces available. Puppies are carefully selected based on size and breed to ensure safety and a calm, low-stress environment.
